Shipping within Canada
All items in-stock will be mailed within 3 business days through Canada Post.
Each parcel includes coverage/tracking and will arrive within 3-5 business days.
Depending on the season there may be unforeseeable delays.*

Shipping Rates
Each piece will be shipped at a different price depending on where you are located, the size and the weight of your final purchase(s). You will receive your shipping estimate upon checking out. If the shipping is much more than quoted upon purchase you will receive an email with a new shipping quote.

International Shipping
If you do not live in Canada, but would like to order a piece please contact me through the contact menu on this site for a custom quote!

Commissions

No Such Thing is new and always up for discussing commission requests! If there is something that is currently sold out, email me with those specialty orders and we will go from there. There will be a preorder option on its way soon where you can order pieces from the collection and have them made and shipped within 2-8 weeks.

Returns

If items are lost or damaged during shipping please reach out to me via email: nosuchthing.ceramics@gmail.com
Each item shipped will include coverage, so we can discuss a replacement.
Returns are accepted, but will need to be discussed before acceptance. If the return is accepted the buyer will have to pay for shipping and have the item returned to the No Such Thing Studio safely in one piece.
